Why Subscription Payments

Recurring revenue that arrives on time.

Set the plan once. PayandPay charges customers on schedule, reminds them before each payment and retries when something fails.

Flexible billing cycles

Charge weekly, monthly or yearly, with the amount that fits each plan.

UPI AutoPay and card mandates

Customers approve once with UPI AutoPay or their card, and later payments are collected automatically.

Reminders before every charge

Customers hear from you before each payment, so there are no surprises.

Automatic retries

If a payment fails, it is retried automatically, recovering revenue you would otherwise lose.

Upgrades and cancellations

Customers can move between plans or cancel, and every change shows in your dashboard.

Subscription reports

Track active subscribers, upcoming charges and failed payments in one place.

What are subscription payments?

Subscription payments let you charge customers automatically on a schedule, such as every week, month or year, once they approve a one-time mandate.

What is a mandate?

A mandate is your customer’s one-time permission to charge them on a schedule. They can approve it with UPI AutoPay or their card.

Do customers approve every payment?

Not for most payments. Once the mandate is approved, payments are collected automatically, with a reminder before each charge. Larger amounts may need the customer’s approval each time under RBI rules.

What happens if a payment fails?

The payment is retried automatically, and you can follow every retry in your dashboard.

Can customers change or cancel their plan?

Yes. Plan upgrades and cancellations are supported, and every change is recorded.

When do I receive the money?

Successful payments are settled to your registered bank account on your settlement cycle: [T+X working days — confirm before launch].

How much does it cost?

See our pricing page for current plans, or talk to our sales team about custom pricing for larger volumes.
